Lenny Feldman serves as a member of the Operating Committee and Managing Member of the Miami Office of Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., one of the leading international trade and customs law firms in the U.S.  Also, ST&R and its affiliates comprise one of the largest customs and international trade service providers in the world. Before joining ST&R, Feldman was a senior attorney with the U.S. Customs Service.  In April of 2015, Lenny was appointed to a two year term as a member of the federal Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations to U.S. Customs and Boarder Protection (commonly referred to as COAC).  COAC is a 20 member committee that advises the departments of Homeland Security, Treasury and  numerous agencies on matters related to import enforcement and procedures, export controls, automation of federal agency operations, product safety, the role of customs brokers and supply chain security issues, including development of the C-TPAT and Trusted Trader  Programs.

These leadership positions reflect Feldman’s long involvement nationally on international trade and business issues. Currently, he also serves as legal counsel to the Florida Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Assoc., and was appointed by the Secretary of Commerce to the Florida U.S. District Export Council.   He is also the Immediate Past Chair of World Trade   Center Miami along with other roles.
